This 1st amendment audit begins with a traffic stop in progress. It appears that a motorcycle officer pulled over a vehicle and is awaiting a tow truck to load up the person’s vehicle onto the flatbed tow truck. KC Camera Boy is recording the stop along with an unidentified 2nd auditor.

As KC Camera Boy circles the scene, a second auditor is visible and approaches the officer asking if he can search his motorcycle. The officer seems to ignore the 2nd auditor and continues to wait. The reason for the stop is still unknown at this point, and the officer approaches the driver of the vehicle and has a short exchange.

The 2nd auditor continues addressing the cop, questioning him and asking him to just let the driver go with a warning. At some points in the video, the auditor calls out the officer through insults about his wife and other personal attacks.

The video continues on without a clear reason to explain why the officer is waiting and the tow truck is just idling on the side of the road. KC Camera Boy asserts that perhaps the officer is waiting for backup to arrive.

The 1s amendment audit video ends without any further incident. The driver remains in his vehicle, officer and tow truck still waiting.
