Second Amendment advocate is suing an Olmos Park police officer after she claims he restricted her first amendment rights.In the lawsuit she claims she was shoved, her phone and camera knocked out of her hands while she was recording an arrest.And she has it on video. Joanna Castro is visibly shaken while watching the incident unfold.”Exercising our rights,” Castro said. “And this happened.”Castro was filming Jack Miller, openly carrying his firearm on Feb. 20 in Olmos Park.
