The CHP officer seems to give a whole lotta idunna. As in I dunnagive a fuck about that... I am late for my donuts. When SJVT tells him about a man in possible distress.

SJVT makes a good point in this video. We’ve seen so many times how almost every single vehicle in cops parking lots don’t have a front license plate.
