A videographer’s lawsuit claiming several Round Rock police officers abused his constitutional rights while video recording police headquarters can proceed, according to a judge’s order issued last week. The lawsuit focuses on five police officers who arrested Phillip Turner while he lawfully recorded video at Round Rock police headquarters in July 2014.
